eitle Philosophy

It is very difficult to find ones line in the IT sector. The
original thought was, to specify global rules which apply to
new computers and service activities from our company.

In time it became clear, that this is not as easy as we thought.
For example: we had to realize after a few years, that some
manufacturers with which we traded, had enormious qualitiy
leaks. After long consideration we decided to drop products
from these manufacturers. Not only component brands (manu-
facturers of a specific kind of computer parts like mainboards)
but also some kinds of individual components (like chipset
manufacturers) made troubles from time to time.

So it was necessary not only to change the manufacturer, but
also to reduce the products from a brand to a very small group
to keep our quality standard as high as we wanted it.

Today, over 15 years later, manufacturers, as we ourselfs,
have learned a lot. We decided a few years ago, not to charge any-
thing in cases of a guarantee on "Eitle Computers" - also not for working time.
That includes also cases, in which harddiscs fail after a few years. There also,
the machine is returned back to the customer as he bought it from us originally - including
the original software installation.

In general, we can look back positively to our first 15 years. Overall "Eitle Computer" are not removed
because of defects, but because the user wants more power or new functions. More than 95 percent of my machines
work more then 8 years without any problems.

Our goal in business remains unchanged: I want to serve the unattended group of private people and small businesses in a high quality way.
New computers have to work a long time, without any special treatment. If a problem occurs, we want to help very fast. If you are searching for low cost
systems, your business is not for you - but otherwise we are a full supplier from the PC with internet connection to your own website from "Eitle Webs".

In computer services, our goal is to do everything. Meanwhile we are capable to keep control system of CNC machines and food supplying systems with old hardware alive for a very long time. Our stock room is full of hardware from all generations, and makes us able to repair computers where no spare part is available anymore. We work on all systems up from Windows 3.0 (DOS, Windows 3.0, Windows 3.1x, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10) and can offer hardware drivers and installation mediums which are not longer available from the manufacturer.

Since 2003 our Support Center "Eitler Onlinesupport" is online, which provides no-cost support for our customers, as well as a 24 hour hotline and the possibility of an immediate reaction in any day- or nighttime situation.
